Unit Description:
In this unit, we will be introduced to the foundational elements of Geometry. These elements are the building blocks to more complex mathematics and therefore is a great starting place to begin our studies. In addition to learning formal terminology, you will have the opportunity to show off your art skills while applying them to the world of math. Don't worry if you don't consider yourself to be a fabulous artist. This type of art is partially experimental, deliberately calculated to discover postulates and theorems. Unit Deadline: (09/20/2013)
Duration: You will have (8) class periods to complete Chapter 1. |
